A dramatic rescue has unfolded, after a yacht became stranded about 400 kilometres east of the Central Coast.
The two crew members onboard were travelling from New Zealand to Australia, when the rudder broke yesterday and they were hit by big waves and high winds.
Police rescued the Irish and French sailors this morning… they’re now on their way to Sydney.
