Fire fighters have managed to contain a blaze on an upper level of a disused power station at Lake Macquarie.
Fire crews recieved multiple calls at around 4pm, alerting them to a blaze at the old Wangi power station.
Ten fire crews and a hazmat team attended the scene, bringing the blaze under control.
Police will now investigate the cause of the fire – which is being treated as suspicious.
