Rugby union coach Ron McCarthy has led the Forster-Tuncurry Dolphins to premiership victory for the past four years.
But now the union club is on the hunt for a new coach for next season.
“We need someone who is very, very flexible because we have players that are new to the game, never played the game before to players that have been with the club for the last 10 years so we need a coach that’s adaptable to those sorts of personalities,” President of the Forster-Tuncurry Dolphins, Damain Daczko said.
Meanwhile, trials for the Mid North Coast rugby union representative side will be held at Nabiac cricket field next Friday.
