A 41-year-old man remains in a critical condition following a two-car crash near Grafton.
Emergency services were called to the Pacific Highway at Corindi Beach just before 2pm yesterday, to find a Nissan Navara utility and a Ford Courier utility had crashed.
The driver of the Ford was trapped for a short time before being released and taken to Coffs Harbour Hospital with critical injuries.
The other driver, a 54-year-old man, was treated at the scene and taken to the same hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police are urging any witnesses to the crash to come forward.
