‘CLOSE OUR BORDERS’ COFFS MP MAKES CONTROVERSIAL COMMENTS AFTER PARIS TERROR

Member for Coffs Harbour, Andrew Fraser, has called on the Prime Minister to close Australia’s borders to stop “Islamic boat people”, in a controversial online reaction to the Paris terror attacks.

In the the tirade Mr Fraser pens an open letter to Malcolm Turnbull saying, “Australia does not need Middle Eastern refugees or Islamic boat people!”.

He goes on to say, “we have enough anarchists already resident in Australia… we do not need any more coming in disguised as refugees!!!!!!”.

The Prime Minister has not responded to the comments, but has previously said Australia could take further military action against Islamic State.

“It’s guns and bombs, yes, it does look like a war, but…the strength of our states, of our nations, are so much greater than those of the terrorists,” he said.
