SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTH COAST

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast.

The storm is likely to produce heavy rainfall, which may lead to flash flooding, over the next several hours.

Areas between Lismore and Taree will be affected.

Wooli River Caravan Park has already recorded 75-millimetres in the hour to 9am.
