A Catholic brother has been charged with indecently assaulting a boy at a Lismore school between 1967 and 1969.
The matter was reported to police in February last year and officers attached to Richmond Local Area Command launched an investigation.
An 82-year-old man has now been arrested and charged with one count of indecent assault.
He’s been granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Lismore Local Court on April 22.
