A 43-year-old woman, charged over the murder of a man at Ettalong Beach in July, did not apply for bail in Gosford Court today.
Lainie Whittal was arrested on July 8 after emergency services found a 44-year-old man with stab wounds the night before on Warrah Street.
The man later died in hospital.
The accused will re-appear in October.
