Police are hunting for a man who threatened a female motel manager at knifepoint in Mayfield.
The bandit – believed to be aged in his early 20s – entered the motel’s reception area at around 8:45 last night, and confronted a 52-year-old woman.
Police say she then armed herself with a crowbar, causing the man to flee.
He was wearing a black and white bandanna across his mouth, and dark clothing.
