Member for the Northern Tablelands Adam Marshall has allegedly been caught drink driving in Glen Innes overnight.
After being pulled over by a mobile unit, police say Marshall recorded a mid-range blood-alcohol reading.
The former Gunnedah Mayor has stepped down from his posts as Temporary Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and Deputy Chair of the State and Regional Development Committee.
