A dirt-bike rider has suffered serious injuries in a crash on a property at Fullerton Cove, near Stockton Beach.
The man in his 30s, fell heavily injuring an arm, shoulder and pelvis.
Ambulance crews using a four-wheel-drive reached the patient at an isolated site and called in the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
The injured rider was airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
