State government gets tough on offenders targeting shop assistants

The State Government is taking a stand against unsafe and aggressive behaviour towards shop assistants.

Aimed at protecting vulnerable staff, proposed ‘Workplace Protection Orders’ would apply to offenders, as young as 14.
