NSW Government facing legal action over REZ projects

Upper Hunter and New England residents have launched legal action against the state government over renewable energy zones – with the backing of Barnaby Joyce.

They claim the zones weren’t “lawfully established”, taking the matter to the Supreme Court, with the aim of halting construction.
