Hunter firefighter heads home after helping tame record wildfires in United States

They’ve proven their dedication on the firefront at home, and now abroad – a group of Hunter volunteers has returned from a mission to target infernoes in the U.S.

NBN News has spoken with one of the RFS personnel – who’ve returned with a fresh perspective, as more parts of Northern New South Wales today entered the official bushfire season.
