Grave environmental concerns over Wallsend bushland rezoning

There are serious concerns tonight about the future of a large parcel of Hunter bushland, after the state government moved to fast-track its rezoning for housing.

Both councillors and community groups are up in arms, arguing it’s a critical haven for threatened species.
