Detectives from Strike Force Boa this afternoon arrested a 36-year-old man suspected of killing Toronto father, James Nolan, in the Lake Macquarie suburb of Bolton Point.
Police say Mr Nolan died in his brother’s arms, after an argument with another man at a house in Leumeah (LOO-ME-AH) Place around 9 o’clock on Saturday night.
Investigators are refusing to comment on why the brothers were at the house, or why it was fitted with its own security system.
