It was an ambitious quest – to trek New Zealand’s rugged Southern Alps, and raise funds for Newcastle-based charity, the Mark Hughes Foundation.
Now a group of women has just returned home after completing the challenge, digging deep and inspiring each other along the way, in the fight against brain cancer.
