A 14-year-old girl is being flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital, after an accident between a truck and a car at Coolongolook on the Mid North Coast.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the Pacific Highway near the intersection of Wootton Way, just after 2 o’clock this afternoon.
It’s understood the young girl is suffering serious head injuries, and is being accompanied by her mother to hospital, who is also suffering shoulder injuries.
Two other people are being taken to hospital by road.
