MAN CHARGED OVER FATAL CRASH IN TAMWORTH

A Taiwanese national has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, following a fatal collision in Tamworth last week.
Emergency services were called to a crash on the Oxley Highway near Tamworth Airport, just after 3pm last Friday.
A 30-year-old man died at the scene, while three others were taken to hospital for treatment.
Police allege the 26-year-old Taiwanese man was the driver of a third vehicle, believed to be involved in the crash.
He’s been granted conditional bail and is due to face Tamworth Local Court on May 1.
