Police are looking for a man who tried to entice an 8-year-old Nimbin girl into his van last night.
It happened around 7.45 in Thornburn Street.
“He asked her if she wanted to get in the vehicle he would supply her with a lollipop. She’s declined and walked home.”
The man’s described as being Caucasian, 40 to 50 years of age, with short dark hair and a fair complexion.
He was driving a white, older model, square-shaped white van, with outward opening rear doors.
