Five people, including two children, managed to escape from a house fire in Metford early this morning.
Emergency services were attempting to extinguish the fire when police arrived at around 4am.
Three adults and two children were taken to Maitland Hospital with a 19-year-old woman suffering minor burns.
The fire is not being treated as suspicious.
