Tweed Shire’s solar achievement

Standing tall as a beacon of sustainability, Tweed Shire Council has unveiled it’s new solar farm which is the size of a football field.

Located at the Banora Point Wastewater Treatment Plant – the solar arrays are set to cut the facility’s power bill by more than $100,000 per year.
