Staff at Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital were today interviewed as part of an investigation into how two babies were given an adult flu vaccine shortly after birth.
One family yesterday spoke out about the error, calling for a review, after hospital management admitted it could have been fatal.
The investigation is expected to take a week.
