The Central Coast’s Nicola Olyslagers has made a sensational start to her 2023 season,
clearing one-metre-98 at the ACT Championships.
It’s the second highest jump in the world this year.
The Tokyo Olympic medallist also attempted a new Australian record….two-metres and three centimetres, but was unsuccessful.
Her training partner Emily Whelan set a new PB to finish second, soaring over one-metre 86.
The pair will compete at the Melbourne Track Classic on the 23rd of February.
