Central Coast athletes have excelled at the Australian Lifesaving Championships on the Gold Coast at the weekend.

Jemma Smith was beaten in a thrilling Open Women’s Ski Final, while Terrigal’s Ryan Green pulled off a win for the ages, in the Under-19 Board race.
