409 NEW COVID CASES RECORDED IN NORTHERN NSW OVERNIGHT

Northern New South Wales has seen a slight drop in COVID cases, with 409 new infections recorded overnight.

Of those, the Tweed has the most, with 132 – followed by Ballina, with 76 and the Clarence Valley, 66.

32 people are receiving care in hospital – two are in ICU.
