Parts of Byron Bay were placed into lock down today, following a high speed police pursuit earlier this morning.
Officers spotted a stolen Mercedes Benz vehicle on Hayman Street in Ballina.
When they approached the men in the area, they entered the vehicle and fled the scene.
The stolen vehicle was located a short time later in Byron Bay.
All three men aged 14, 17 and 18 were later arrested and taken into police custody.
