PLANE TO UNDERGO MAINTENANCE CHECKS AFTER IT OVERSHOT THE RUNWAY AT LISMORE AIRPORT
The plane which overshot the runway at Lismore Airport yesterday afternoon will undergo maintenance checks to understand why the plane suffered a mechanical failure.
The two seater plane was being ferried over to Lismore Airport after undergoing exhaustive maintenance at Ballina airport.
The pilot was thankfully not injured.
