The sidelines of an NRL match are always filled with roaring fans, but it was the thousands dressed in red and black that grabbed the most attention at Blue Tongue stadium last night.
Showing their support for the Central Coast Bears, locals cheered and chanted, long before the Roosters Knights match had even started.

What an awesome show of support, I’d say about approx 1,500 turned up to support Greg Florimos NRL bid team with the Central Coast Bears.

What a fantastic afternoon – Greg Florimo got it wrong however…..there were around 1500 in the march, three times the number at a similar march just 6 weeks ago. The momentum is building on the Coast as people realise the Central Coast Bears will become an NRL reality ASAP!

Imagine in 2013 when we fill the stadium every home game. It’ll be one of the biggest shots in the arm for rugby league in years. The game is already on a roll.
