Today’s Manilla Cup came down to a photo finish in Gunnedah, between the top two.

Pre-race favourite ‘Collins Street’ came from second last with 500 metres to go, but couldn’t reel in ‘Melted Moments’ .

“Evangelist on the fence. Melted Moments and Collins Street. This is a ding donger.”

There was no dividend paid on third, with numbers six, four and three needed for the trifecta.

It was worth just over $50.
