Tamworth has cleaned up at the annual Tidy Town Awards, taking top honours in a number of categories and finishing third overall.
The King George Avenue project, Peel High’s wetland initiative and the Namoi Sustainable Living Expo were among the efforts recognised.
Nundle hosted the event which attracted representatives from all corners of the state.
Prizes were awarded during a ceremony this morning, with the overall title handed to Gloucester.
