NEW SOUTH WALES RECORDS 1288 NEW COVID CASES

New South Wales has recorded another 1288 new COVID cases overnight and seven deaths.

160 people are in intensive care across the state.

Four of those cases are in the Hunter, with one at Shoal Bay, one at Salamander Bay, one at Swansea Heads and one in Hamilton.

Three of four were infectious in the community.

On the Central Coast, there were seven new cases and all of those were infectious in the community.

121,000 people went and got vaccinated yesterday, helping the state surpass the seven million jabs milestone.
