Work began today at the site of a land slip at Merewether, that left a bowling club teetering on the edge.
Heavy machinery was brought in to help stabilise a home…next to one of the walls of the construction site.
Last month, part of Merewether Bowling Club’s green collapsed, forcing its evacuation.
This week’s downpour has only added to the problem – the vacant lot filling with water.
