An off-duty police officer has been charged with drink driving in Charlestown.
At around 11 o’clock last night, the man was stopped for a random breath test along the Pacific Highway.
He was then taken back to Charlestown Police Station, where it’s alleged he returned a breath analysis reading of point zero six three.
He’s due to face Belmont Local Court next month.
