A child has had a terrifying encounter – approached by a man while walking to school in Oxley Vale.
Police say the 12-year-old boy managed to get away – after the incident near Higgins Lane, just before 9-AM yesterday.
Officers are now on the hunt for a man aged in his 30s, who’s described as being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in appearance.
He’s 6-foot-4, and was clean shaven and wearing all black clothing at the time.
He was last seen driving a maroon or brown SUV.
