A man is in a serious but stable condition after suffering extensive injuries in a motorbike accident on a property 15 kilometres south of Narrabri.
The 34-year-old came off his bike just before midday, injuring his neck and head.
Paramedics and a Westpac Rescue Helicopter crew treated and stabilised the man before airlifting him to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital.
