WATER POLO DECIDERS TO BE HELD WEDNESDAY

The Central Coast Water Polo grand finals will be held at Peninsula Leisure Centre, for the first time in more than a decade.

Wednesday’s action will see Wyong will start slight favourites against Woy Woy in the women’s match.

In the Men’s decider, the Wombats have stars across the pool – including Mitch and Keenan Marsden, Mitch Baird and Daniel Robinson.

They’ll face Minor Premiers Gosford, featuring the competition’s leading goal scorer Corey Allan.

Junior Australian rep Sam Hughes is another danger man, along with Lobsters’ stalwart Jai McNamara.

There’s little separating the sides – during the regular season, it was two wins apiece and one draw.
