David Beckham and his LA Galaxy teammates arrived in town after a 15-hour flight from the US.
Beckham flew into Sydney this morning, before boarding a private flight to Newcastle.
While some of his teammates ventured out and about, the sporting superstar stayed inside his hotel room.
