INVESTIGATION INTO DORRIGO PLANE CRASH REVEALS ACCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED

The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has found pilot inexperience may have contributed to a plane crash that killed two people at Dorrigo in September 2019.
