  1. I am a bull terrier owner of 18 months. Was concerned about getting one but once you have one you would never own another breed. They are affectionate, patient, loving and just long to be with you. They are intelligent (most of the time!) when they are not deliberately playing dumb! They have a great personality and are friendly and social with other dogs. When we go walking we get looks and scoffs but it is always little dogs ie maltese, etc that are aggressive. Most other dog owners are open minded once they get to know him and see that he is actually quite calm and serene. Our bully welcomes visitors to our home and everyone falls in love with him. Yes he is a house dog.

  2. I have two bullies and have just completed my breeding prefix these dogs are big sooks and very freindly they just love people and kids they love even more.

I have my two down the beach most days not once have they ever been aggressive towards another dog tho they have been attacked by smaller unsocialized dogs but it comes down to the onwer to socailize there dogs and to teach them right from wrong simple really .

    Love my bullyies

  3. Not wrong best breed on a lead. Have owned them for over 20 years now and have owned Am Staffs and a rescue American Pit Bull in between but my heart always belongs to bullies. Until you own one you cannot imagine how and why people love them to bits. They just get under your skin and you just can’t remove them. Most people judge them on how they look and in fact most think they’re ugly but for us Bull Terrier owners we LOVE this unique look, its part of their character. My father never was a fan of the breed and this was due to media reports and when I brought my first dog home, his attitude changed completely. When I left home my parents were given one of the Bullies whom they loved till the day he died. It takes living with one to really appreciate them. Many people own Bull Terriers across the world and in the show world you get to meet people from different walks of life, including Doctors, high court judges, who own and love Bull Terriers and can spend all day talking dogs with these people. Bull Terriers are like children just a bit furry.

  4. well. I have 2 bullies 20month, and 34month (buy this month) 1 pitbull 11month and 1 dogo argentino 22month (buy this month), they playing together.BUT firsting first I socialized them one by one, coz they already grow big. I agree with Ann “They are affectionate, patient, loving and just long to be with you. They are intelligent (most of the time!) when they are not deliberately playing dumb! They have a great personality and are friendly and social with other dogs”
