GAV’S WEATHER | RAIN CLEARED BUT WILL RETURN

More isolated showers flared up across the New South Wales coastal regions today.

La Nina seems to settling in nicely, with consistent rain events now unfolding with more to come as moisture content over central Australia remains high.

Otherwise around the nation, spring sunshine continues to dominate.

There is a weak little low that will move offshore maintaining the south-east winds and coastal cloud cover locally.

Inland Australia is affected by numerous broken troughs and shallow lows – this will build to more significant inland rain later in the week.

South-east winds will affect most of the region, producing partly cloudy skies, but from tomorrow it should become fine for all for the rest of the week, before the rain returns over the coming weekend.
