THREE LOCALLY TRANSMITTED CORONAVIRUS CASES IN NSW

New South Wales has broken its 11-day streak of recording no locally acquired coronavirus cases.

In the hours to 8pm on Tuesday night, three new cases were recorded – all returned overseas travellers.

But since the reporting period finished, another three cases have been identified – all locally transmitted.

Two are in south-western Sydney and the third is in western Sydney.

They’re now under urgent investigation.
