FORMER KNIGHTS STAR MAKES SHARKS DEBUT

He played more than 100 games for the Knights and won a premiership with the Melbourne, now Clint Newton has pulled on the boots in Third Grade, for Avoca in the Central Coast Rugby competition.

It’s the first time he’s played the sport since High School.

He came on late in the opening half at outside centre….his side notching an eight-nil victory over Woy Woy.

The 39 year-old says he’s recovered well and could make his home debut for the Sharks this weekend.
