The Gosford CBD may one day be home to a world-class medical school.
The state government has announced the proposal, which also includes the construction of a health and research institute.
It’s likely the facility will be built somewhere near the Gosford train station and hospital.
The plans are still in the early stages, but there’s already talk of partnerships with Gosford Hospital and overseas institutes.
