A rider and a passenger came off the motorbike they were travelling on when approaching a bend on the New England highway just north of Bendemeer this morning.
Police believe the 56-year-old male, who was travelling with his 19-year-old daughter, lost control in the slippery conditions just after 9am.
Both were transported to the Tamworth hospital.
