A Central Coast paddler has had a close encounter with a large shark off MacMasters Beach.
Lifesaver, Trent Martin, was heading back from North Avoca yesterday, when the monster bumped him, biting the hull of his surf ski.
“Just had a near death experience, properly got attacked by a shark. And very very happy to be here, scariest moment.” – TRENT MARTIN
Despite the incident, people still braved the water today.
