Towns of Barraba and Manilla will see all water restrictions lifted from April 6, now Water New South Wales is allowing releases from Split Rock Dam, thanks to rising water levels.
Although, the towns will remain on Permanent Water Conservation Measures, meaning watering gardens must take place between 4pm and 9am Eastern Standard time.
