Applications for Port Macquarie-Hastings Council’s affordable housing rebate scheme are now open.
It aims to assist 100 households with purchasing new houses in the Innes Peninsula and Thrumster areas by offering incentives of $20,000 to low and moderate income earners.
The scheme is part of the Federal Government’s Building Better Regional Cities program.
