A routine supermarket run was anything but that this afternoon, when an elderly woman crashed through the Coles at Umina.

Shoppers got the fright of their lives when her car smashed into a glass window.

The local woman who was trying to park her car, walked away without any injuries, but did take home a memorable trip to the shops.
