GAV’S WEATHER | CYCLONE UESI BRING WET WEATHER AND GIANT SWELL

The east coast rain event has eased but big storms and heavy rain IS still happening as tropical moisture continues to move south across the Gold Coast, Tweed, Byron and Coffs Coasts.

Humidity levels remains extremely high.

Cyclone Uesi will move towards the East Coast before diving south into the Tasman.

This system should remain off shore but will generate an increase in swell.

The trough in the East will ramp up for another day of more storms, heavy downpours, isolated flash flooding across North Eastern NSW.

South East QLD and North East NSW will be especially susceptible to more flooding rain.

More of that activity will spill further west, over the mountains to inland areas of the NW.

When its not raining it will be very warm and humid.
